The Document Pillar · Nintex Premier Partner

Nintex DocGen consulting: the document layer competitors don't have

Nintex DocGen consulting, Nintex DocGen implementation, and Nintex managed services — because every quote, contract, letter, and invoice your organization sends is a process wearing a document costume. We've automated that layer longer and deeper than anyone in our market: 16 Nintex certifications, an innovation award, reviews that name our consultants — and now agents that trigger the whole thing.

Document generation, done properly

Nintex DocGen
Horus holding a signed contract

DocGen assembles documents from live Salesforce data — conditional templates, CPQ-driven quotes, branded and legal-reviewed — at the click of a button or no click at all. The pattern we've repeated across energy, legal, nonprofit, and the public sector: quote turnaround from days to minutes, formatting errors to zero, one controlled template set.

Templates that scale

Conditional logic done properly, version control, naming conventions, and branding consistency — the difference between 40 templates and 400 nobody trusts.

Automation-triggered

Buttons where humans decide, Flows where they shouldn't have to, and — increasingly — agents that generate, route, and file documents as one governed action.

Delivered & signed

Email, eSignature, and storage configured as one pipeline — and with Redlining Manager, the negotiation loop (redlines, versions, approvals) closes inside Salesforce too.

Beyond documents: process automation

Workflow

Documents are where automation shows; process is where it pays. Our business-process practice covers the workflow around the paper: approval chains that don't strand deals, legacy Workflow/Process Builder migrated to Flow, and Nintex's new agentic orchestration direction — people, systems, and AI in one flow — which our partner launched in 2025 and which our practice has been building toward for years.

Leaving Conga, without the drama

Migration Offer
  1. Template inventory. Every Conga template catalogued: data sources, conditional logic, delivery — and the ones nobody has used since 2021, retired.
  2. Conversion & rebuild. Rebuilt in DocGen properly — often better than the original, because migration is the one chance to fix a decade of workarounds.
  3. Side-by-side testing. Old and new documents from the same records, compared line by line — the UAT packages our clients call the best they've received.
  4. Cutover & care. Phased by document type, then managed-services support for template changes and upgrades.

Fixed scope, sized by template inventory. The client reference is public: “an exceptional experience… a seamless transition.”

The free DocGen Health Assessment

Complimentary

Declining usage, rising failures, template sprawl, licenses nobody consumes — the signs document automation has stopped paying for itself. The assessment finds out in about a week:

1

Templates

Redundancy, logic, versioning, branding, accessibility.

2

Workflows

How documents trigger — and whether that matches how teams work.

3

Data & merges

Query patterns that determine speed; clicks-not-code where possible.

4

Delivery

Email, eSign, storage, and downstream integrations.

5

Permissions

Who can author, run, administer — versus who should.

6

Performance

Speed, failures, version currency, monitoring.

Every criterion rated Good Standing / Improvement Opportunity / Requires Attention — a written report, complimentary, yours whoever does the work. It's the same teach-before-sell logic as everything else on this site: the report is the pitch.

What you walk away with

The written report

Implementation overview, per-criterion ratings, identified pain points, and specific recommendations — the same rigor as our paid architecture reviews.

Quick wins

Findings that pay back immediately: broken delivery options, redundant packages, outdated versions, Files-vs-Documents fixes, misfiring conditional logic.

An optimization plan

A prioritized statement of work for what's worth fixing — use it with us, your team, or anyone. The findings are yours regardless.

Why organizations do it

Accuracy & speed

Cleaner templates and optimized merges mean documents that are right the first time, generated faster.

ROI & utilization

Most estates use a fraction of what they license — the assessment surfaces the features you already own.

Governance & compliance

Version control, permissions, and audit trails reviewed against how regulated teams actually need them.

Assessment FAQ

What does the assessment cost?

Nothing — it's complimentary. If the report surfaces work worth doing, we scope it as a statement of work; the findings are yours either way.

Who should participate?

Your Nintex champion, technical team (Salesforce/IT), key business users, and an executive sponsor — alongside our assessment team and, where relevant, your Nintex account team.

Does this cover more than DocGen?

Yes — as a Nintex Premier Partner we assess across the platform: DocGen, AssureSign eSignature, Nintex Automation Cloud, and Nintex Apps for Salesforce, plus K2-to-Nintex conversion planning.

We're on a very old Drawloop version — is that a problem?

It's the most common finding we make. Outdated versions and expired sandbox licenses are quick wins; modernizing legacy Drawloop configurations is core practice here.
